McCray’s Farm is pasteurizing and bottling milk in their own glass bottles, right here in South Hadley. Come and learn about the process for yourself on Thursday, October 3, 2013. The milk processing plant tour starts at approximately 6:15pm.
Optional: Meet-up for a light pre-tour supper at 5:30pm at McCray’s restaurant. Sandwiches, their own home-made ice cream, and other goodies may be purchased.
The public is invited. McCray’s Farm is located at 54 Alvord Street, South Hadley.
