Those wishing to run in the April 4, 2011 Town Election must return nomination papers to the Town Clerk’s office by February 14 (please confirm closing time with their office). Papers may be obtained from the Town Clerk.
Seats up for election include:
(2) Selectboard – 3 year terms (stipend)
(1) Town Moderator – 1 year term (stipend)
(2) School Committee – 3 year terms
(1) Board of Assessors – 3 year term (stipend)
(1) Board of Health – 3 year term
(1) Municipal Light Board – 3 year term
(1) Housing Authority – 5 year term
(1) Planning Board – 5 year term
(1) Library Trustee – 3 year term
Town Meeting Member – 3 year terms
First time Town Meeting candidates must collect 10 signatures from their precinct; incumbents will receive a card from the Town Clerk, which must be signed and returned if they wish to continue.
